Refunds

All sales are final. We cannot offer refunds. Once your order is processed, your contest entries are immediately and irrevocably submitted to our third-party sweepstakes company and are not retractable. Altering sweepstakes entries is beyond our capacity.

Shipping Disclaimer

Orders typically dispatch within 5-10 business days post-placement through our website. Be aware that shipping time frames mentioned on our website are estimations only. These estimations are not guaranteed arrival times and should not be solely relied upon. Shipping durations may vary due to factors like order volume and stock availability. Your patience is valued, and we will diligently send you a tracking number as soon as available.

Incorrect Addresses:

We are NOT liable for inaccuracies in addresses provided by the customer or for parcels pilfered post-delivery. If the tracking indicates delivery, responsibility resides with the customer.

Customers must ensure the accuracy of their delivery address when ordering. Items will be shipped to the precise address listed on your order, and unfortunately, we can't reimburse you if your order is lost due to an incorrect address.

Return to Sender Orders:

Should your order be returned to us due to a misentered address at checkout, we will contact you via email. You have a 30-day window to respond to this email or inform us about your undelivered package. Failing to communicate within 30 days from our initial email will result in an automatic voiding of your order.

International Customers:

Dialed Industries LLC does not assume responsibility for extra costs incurred from duties, taxes, or other fees arising from international customs and shipping charges. Purchasing our products implies acknowledgment and acceptance that additional costs are the purchaser’s sole responsibility.

Exchanges:

Exchange requests are welcome! Items for exchange must be in pristine, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to “Dialed Industries LLC, ${business_addresss}" and for the shipping fees of the exchanged product. Exchanges can be made for items of equivalent value, or you can opt for higher-value items and cover the difference. Downgrades leading to refunds are not permissible. Contest entries are final and unchangeable.

All exchange requests must be initiated within 60 days of the original purchase date. Defective merchandise must be reported within this 60-day window for warranty replacement. Beyond 60 days, our obligations cease.
